What you submit

The Share Your Voice form asks for your location or ward, a topic, and your message, all required. Your name and a phone number or email are both optional, only needed if you would like a reply.

Why we collect it

To understand what residents across the county are raising, and to reply if you have left a way to reach you. We do not ask for political affiliation, voting intention, ethnicity, religion, candidate preference, or anything used to build a demographic or support profile.

Where it is stored

The form tool installed on this site (WPForms, the free edition) does not keep its own database record of submissions. The only place a submission goes is a single notification email.

Who receives it

Submissions are delivered by email to Baringo Mpya’s own operational inbox, used to read and respond to what residents share. That address is not published on this page. Submissions are never published or displayed on the site automatically.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising or tracking script, checked directly in the site’s own code. Filling in the Share Your Voice form does not require accepting cookies. The site’s hosting, caching and security tools may use narrowly technical cookies needed to serve pages correctly; these are not used to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We have not yet set a formal retention period for submissions. This page will be updated once one is agreed, rather than leaving an assumed answer here.
